TRACEY WETNALL, MBACP
Everyone’s counselling experience is unique and I will ensure that what we do is tailored specifically for you. I am here for you, to help you and to get you to where you want to be. Working collaboratively can help find new ways of tackling obstacles, foster your sense of autonomy, and assist in empowering you to adapt negative behaviour patterns.
For the past few years I have been working with one of the UK’s leading domestic abuse charities helping individuals who are in or who have suffered domestic abuse.
Along with this I also have extensive experience with many other issues, including grief, loss, health issues, anxiety, lack of self esteem and confidence.
I work collaboratively with all my clients helping to equip them with the tools and techniques that I have learnt throughout my counselling and aviation journey.
I am an a integrative therapist where first and foremost I use Person Centred Counselling to put you in the driving seat, I also utilise other models, including CBT and Transactional Analysis to help facilitate positive change. Together we can explore the best way forward for a happier and healthier you.
