Hi, my name is Tracey, I am a fully qualified, experienced and professional Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

I understand that counselling can be daunting particularly during stressful times and especially if you have never sought counselling before. But rest assured I am here to help, I offer a calm, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential safe place for you to talk about whatever your difficulties are.

Individual Counselling

Individual Counselling offers a calm, safe, non-judgemental space to explore and transition to a better, deeper and more accepting relationship with yourself and others.

Relationship Counselling

This can be for individuals, couples, older children and parents, siblings or even friends. Our role at Soar Counselling is to support our clients in order for them to feel safe and heard, by their counsellor, themselves and each other.

When I felt like I had no where to turn, and that no one understood Tracey provide me with the space I needed to talk, she listened and helped me to re-discover me.

After coming out of an emotionally abusive relationship my confidence was at an all time low, with Tracey’s empowering approach I was able to regain my confidence and realise I could move and did move on.

Childhood trauma had caught up with me, I felt I couldn’t put it back in the box. With Tracey’s help I was able to process what had happened to me in the past and regain autonomy.

I had tried many counsellors before finding Tracey, I am so glad I did, she helped where others couldn’t. I found myself back in charge of my own destiny.
